At LEYZ Couture, selected creations are offered on a pre-order basis.
This approach allows us to produce in limited quantities while maintaining the level of attention, craftsmanship, and quality that defines every LEYZ Couture creation.
What Is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order allows you to reserve a creation before it becomes available for immediate dispatch.
Your order is secured at the time of purchase, and production begins following confirmation of your order.
Production Timeline
Pre-order creations are typically dispatched within 4–6 weeks.
This timeframe allows our team and specialist artisans to carefully produce, inspect, and prepare each creation prior to shipment.
Why Pre-Order?
By producing in limited quantities, we are able to focus on quality rather than volume.
This model helps reduce unnecessary overproduction while allowing us to maintain the standards and attention to detail expected from LEYZ Couture.
Payment
Full payment is required at the time the order is placed in order to reserve your creation.
Shipping
Once your creation has been completed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email together with tracking information.
All orders are shipped via express delivery.
Order Changes & Cancellations
As production begins shortly after an order is placed, pre-orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
