SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We are pleased to offer complimentary worldwide shipping on all LEYZ Couture orders.
All shipments are sent via FedEx Express or a trusted delivery partner selected by LEYZ Couture.
Available Creations
Creations marked as available will typically be dispatched within 1–3 business days following order confirmation.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
• Belgium: 1–2 business days
• European Union: 2–5 business days
• United Kingdom: 3–6 business days
• North America: 3–7 business days
• Middle East: 3–7 business days
• Asia-Pacific: 4–8 business days
• Rest of World: 5–10 business days
Pre-Order Creations
Creations marked as pre-order are produced specifically for our clients after an order has been placed.
Estimated production time is 4–6 weeks before dispatch.
Once production has been completed, your order will be shipped using our express delivery service and you will receive a tracking number by email.
Taxes & Duties
Taxes are included in the purchase price where applicable.
For orders delivered within the European Union, applicable taxes and duties are included.
For destinations outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, and local fees may apply and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
