Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Every LEYZ Couture creation is produced in limited quantities and crafted specifically for our clients.

As a result, all purchases are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds.

As our creations are produced on a pre-order basis, cancellations are not permitted once an order has been placed.

Should you wish to return your creation, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery in exchange for a LEYZ Couture Credit equal to the value of your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and unused
• In its original condition
• Returned with all original tags attached
• Free from perfume, makeup, stains, alterations, or any signs of wear

Upon approval of the return, a LEYZ Couture Credit will be issued via email and may be applied toward a future purchase.

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you require a different size or style, your LEYZ Couture Credit may be used toward another creation.

Return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and any associated fees are the responsibility of the customer.

To initiate a return request, please contact us at contact@leyzcouture.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items that do not meet the above conditions may be refused and returned to the sender.

Should you require assistance regarding sizing before placing your order, our team will be pleased to advise you to ensure the most accurate fit possible.
